Great value for money
We moved from London to Exeter in 2007. This means that you get London quality production at rates normally associated with the South West. These days there is little point paying London prices when you can get better quality in Exeter. Which is probably why the BBC's "Out of London" strategy is designed to ensure that half of all BBC programming is made outside the capital by 2016!
